Jul. 8th, 2019

Dr. Patricia Bagsby, Psychological Associates’ Vice President of Organizational Consulting, has been named one of Workforce Magazine’s 2019 Game Changers.

Game Changer for Clients

The best human resources solutions are able to focus simultaneously on both the individual contributor level and the larger organizational one. There need to be benefits for the organization to invest in a new solution. Employees also need to see how the solution can benefit their day-to-day lives for them to fully engage. Tricia brings this holistic approach to her development of HR solutions, combining change management and process improvement principles with behavioral science.

Clay Hildebrand, President of Psychological Associates, has high praise for Tricia: “Tricia’s ability to fuse data with her own interpersonal warmth, compassion, and insight gives her a unique perspective on the potential of human resources. She excels in helping leaders leverage team strengths, develop and integrate new systems and processes, and grow as individuals. She’s an optimist and a tireless thought leader. She’s a team player who seeks to grow the greater good in her own work environment. And she’s a champion for her clients, developing the Right Solution for their organizational needs—not just the easy one.”
