Clay Hildebrand
As President of Psychological Associates, Clay works to implement the company’s overall mission through framing and leading talent management and corporate development. He also generates new business, cultivates client loyalty, and leads our staff. Clay’s collaborative attitude, common sense thinking, and Q4 leadership are a strong reflection of our organization’s core values.
Clay partners with PA Consultants to build solutions for their client base’s talent management challenges, strategizing and executing steps to cross-sell and up-sell. He works directly on large client opportunities including qualifying prospects; developing and delivering presentations; managing account strategies; negotiating contracts; and closing. He also manages the activities and relationships with our third-party partners, and works to build both our domestic and international affiliate networks.
As President, Clay contributes to strategic decision-making that impacts all facets of our business, including budgets, operations, staffing, and marketing. He actively collaborates with third-party providers to develop marketing strategy and implementation.
Clay served previously at Maritz Inc. for 14 years as an Account Executive and a Director of Operations.
