Company Promotes Internally to Maintain Distinguished Quality Service
Psychological Associates recently announced the promotion of Michelle Clark, Ph.D. to President, effective January 5. Company co-founder Robert Lefton, Ph.D. will continue as Psychological Associates’ CEO.
Clark’s responsibilities include implementing the company’s overall mission through framing and leading talent management, corporate development, and succession planning programs for clients. She also will help generate new business, cultivate client loyalty, and supervise staff.
Clark joined Psychological Associates in 2012 and, prior to this promotion, served as Vice President of Performance Consulting. She possesses a wide range of corporate experience with clients such as Cummins, Emerson, Maritz, Spartan Light Metal, Drury Development, Wabash National, and many major universities. She facilitates meetings for the Chief Executive Network (CEN), a national member organization that helps chief executives improve their effectiveness and gain competitive advantage. She has provided keynote addresses on assessment in hiring, employee engagement, and emotional intelligence.
Her background includes utilizing assessments for hiring and development purposes; training program development; coaching corporate executives and their teams; and framing and leading company-wide talent management and succession planning programs. Clark earned her Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska.

Psychological Associates is also kicking off a new division, focused entirely on serving the unique needs of leadership and succession in the Retail market, and Dr. Thomas Brooks will assume the leadership of this division.
