Psychological Associates recently named Clay Hildebrand as the company’s President.
Clay’s responsibilities include implementing the company’s overall mission through framing and leading talent management, corporate development, and succession planning programs for clients. He also will help generate new business, cultivate client loyalty, and lead our staff.
Clay’s collaborative attitude, common sense thinking, and Q4 leadership are a strong reflection of our organization’s core values.
Michelle Clark, who previously served as the company’s President, has decided to step back and serve as Psychological Associates’ Executive Vice President. In this position, she is able to spend more time working closely with clients in the role of their internal talent management expert.
Clay joined Psychological Associates in 2009 and, prior to this promotion, served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He possesses a wide range of corporate experience with Fortune 500 companies in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, and finance. Prior to joining Psychological Associates, he worked at Maritz, Inc. for 14 years in numerous capacities including Director of Operations. Clay earned his Bachelor of Journalism degree majoring in Advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
“Clay is the perfect candidate to take our organization to the next level,” said Psychological Associates’ founder Robert Lefton. “He has a diverse understanding of today’s evolving marketplace, and we look forward to embracing his leadership direction and valuable industry insight.”
