Jake has experience in several areas including data analysis, assessment, selection, recruitment, training, and leadership development. His research interests mostly revolve around occupational health and include topics such as stress, wellness, work-life balance, and work engagement. His master’s thesis explores the relationship between sleep issues and work engagement and the possibility of using cognitive dissonance to improve sleep habits.
