He has over 15 years of experience with assessment processes, including instrument selection; interpretation; individualized interviewing; and integration of cognitive, personality, and functional factors into clear, concise, and meaningful feedback. David has an extensive background in instructional design and implementation, with a focus on tailoring training experiences for professional learners. Additionally, David provides individualized performance oriented coaching for C-Suite executives.
David has a background in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis on training professionals to improve communication skills and intervention outcomes. He has led workshops and training seminars at the national, regional, and local levels.
