Open Positions

Business Development is all about relationships. This role requires a professional with a hunter style of finding business. Identify sales leads, qualify new clients, and sell professional services. Successful track record of building new business and expanding existing business with current clients.

Specific Responsibilities

– Develop knowledge of products and services.

– Prospects for new sales opportunities.

– Engages in senior level Customer meetings to discuss Customer’s business issues and explores how PA can help their company.

– Organize and track all outreach information in PA’s CRM software.

– Communicate with prospective customers using multiple channels for outreach.

– Coordinate with senior executives at PA to prepare for and execute on sales meetings/calls with prospective customers.

– Collaborate with leadership team on sales presentations.

– Other duties as assigned.

– 5+ years’ experience selling professional services.

– Strong track record of success in selling professional services to Enterprise customers.

– ActiveCampaign customer experience platform experience desirable, but not required.

– Strong influence management skills.

– Independent; self-motivated; strong drive; high energy.

The Product Manager is responsible for planning and execution of new product development, as well as updating and managing existing solutions, primarily in the learning and leadership development area. Working with internal subject matter experts and a mix of internal and external design, facilitation and marketing resources, the Product Manager will ensure learning solutions are up to date, well-documented and set up for successful delivery.

Specific Responsibilities

– Understand the market, company strategy and goals to guide product development and product marketing efforts.

– Manage the current product line and convert selected solutions to digital delivery methods to meet market need. Be part of the team that delivers online workshops to clients.

– Lead specific product development projects, documentation, and other improvement projects to ensure excellence in sales and deliver

– Collaborate with the Marketing Department to define marketing communication objectives, the creation of marketing collateral, product education and marketing campaigns.

– Work with subject matter experts on learning content as well as internal and external resources on design, technology, and facilitation.

– Perform product demos for clients and potential customers.

– Help set product pricing that is both competitive and profitable.

– Provide leadership with analyses and reports and respond to questions and requests from leadership.

– Partner with Operations to drive effective and efficient delivery and lead other special projects as needed

– Excellent written and oral communication skills are required at all levels including the ability to communicate with peers, leadership, and clients.

– Expertise in developing or managing learning solutions, especially digital/virtual learning.

– Ability to create budgets, project plans, timelines and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other tools.

– Superior project management and interpersonal skills.

– Experience developing and improving processes,

– Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.

– Minimum of 3 years in a Product Management role.

The Client-Operations Specialist manages multiple responsibilities related to the efficient and accurate administration of assessments. These responsibilities may include scoring, quality control and delivery, scheduling, proctoring, and data management. The Client Service Specialist ensures the work is accurate, on time, and follows the policies and procedures of PA. The Client Service Specialist also collaborates with consultants and other client-facing team members as needed to ensure the work meets client-specific requirements and needs. They will perform other support and operations functions when needed.

Responsibilities:

– Set up assessment report templates and transfer scores accurately

– Review candidate entries in our FileMaker system and check report templates for accuracy. Check report drafts from consultants for scoring, spelling, punctuation, and grammar and correct as needed; check with consultant before changing when corrections may change meaning

– Deliver finalized reports as indicated by documentation in FileMaker; check with consultant and assistant if documentation is unclear or in the case of an unusual situation

– When needed, assist with assessment scheduling; enter candidate information and paperwork into FileMaker, sets up login information, handles client contact and scheduling of proctored sessions and interviews for candidates

– When needed, will handle proctoring of assessments

– Handle general client questions, issues, and requests for information

– Ensure outstanding customer contact with all clients, both internal and external

– Maintain customer information in databases

– Other duties as assigned.


Skills:

– Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail

– Ability to clearly communicate with clients, including written communications.

– Ability to solve practical problems

– Flexibility to follow different procedures to meet the customized needs of each client

– Ability to meet client and organizational needs simultaneously.

– Good skills in MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as in-house software such as FileMaker.

– Good typing skills.

Qualifications:

– High School graduate (minimum); degree in business/psychology application preferred.

– Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in account services in a complex organization preferred.

– Capacity to deal with CEO/SVP/Board level clients.

– Experienced at handling sensitive, confidential issues and information.

– Ability to see the ‘big picture’ without losing sight of the details.

– Customer-focused, deadline driven, flexible team player.

– Outstanding customer service skills are required.
