What Is Leadership Through People Skills?

Mixing discussion with real-life role-play activities, Leadership Through People Skills helps participants understand how their behavioral styles can hinder — or lead to — business success. Over three days, your high-potential leaders will practice giving and receiving insightful, immediate feedback, while also acquiring tools that will help them improve their own leadership, communication, and ability to resolve conflict.
