New year, new team! Psychological Associates is excited to announce that two new psychologists have joined our team of elite talent management performance Consultants.
Christopher Sloan, Ph.D.
Dr. Chris Sloan, Senior Vice President of Performance Consulting, is an organizational psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. He helps clients select and develop leaders who can execute business strategy and propel their organizations into the future.
With expertise in executive assessment; high-potential identification and development; succession planning; and executive coaching, Chris brings both technical expertise and a practical business perspective to each engagement. His base of consulting experience spans multiple industries, as well as organizations in the non-profit sector.
Prior to joining Psychological Associates, Chris led Sloan Consulting Group, where he partnered with clients to design and implement employee assessment and succession planning processes. Earlier in his career, he played a senior role with a global human resources consultancy, where he served as a member of the firm’s leadership development practice and co-led a regional consulting team. Prior to that, Chris oversaw the development and application of talent assessment tools within the insurance and financial services industries.

I am eager to serve our clients with cutting-edge talent management and leadership development tools and, as a new resident of St. Louis, am looking forward to building my connections in the region.”
Patricia Bagsby, Ph.D.
Dr. Patricia Bagsby, Vice President of Organizational Consulting, has 10 years of experience in both internal and external consulting roles. Her strong scientist-practitioner approach expands her perspective when helping clients to optimize their strengths.
Patricia focuses on helping leaders optimize the strengths of their teams; develop and integrate new systems and processes; and grow as individuals. Her integrated approach combines behavioral sciences, change management, and process improvement principles. She has extensive applied experience in leadership development; facilitation; and training and program development.
Patricia specializes in career transitions, with an emphasis on the transition from full-time work to retirement. She has developed training programs and coaching methodology, as well as authored and co-authored articles about the non-financial components of pre-retirement planning. In addition, she has also co-authored articles about aspects of work-life interface/integration.
Patricia notes, “I am thrilled to have been welcomed to the team at Psychological Associates.
