With expertise in executive assessment; high-potential identification and development; succession planning; and executive coaching, Chris brings both technical expertise and a practical business perspective to each engagement. His base of consulting experience spans multiple industries, as well as organizations in the non-profit sector.

Prior to joining Psychological Associates, Chris led Sloan Consulting Group, where he partnered with clients to design and implement employee assessment and succession planning processes. Earlier in his career, he played a senior role with a global human resources consultancy, where he served as a member of the firm’s leadership development practice and co-led a regional consulting team. Prior to that, Chris oversaw the development and application of talent assessment tools within the insurance and financial services industries.

Chris comments, “I am delighted to join Psychological Associates, particularly given its long history of service to the business community and the caliber of its consulting talent. I am eager to serve our clients with cutting-edge talent management and leadership development tools and, as a new resident of St. Louis, am looking forward to building my connections in the region.”
