Spotlight On: Our Administrative Team

Every year, as spring finally arrives and we emerge from our winter cocoons, we look around and recognize the enormous effort that goes into making our day-to-day work possible. Today, and all week, we’ll be celebrating the behind-the-scenes heroes of our office – our administrative professionals.

Whether you’ve come to us for an assessment, attended one of our Leadership Through People Skills workshops, or met with an executive coach, you’ve almost certainly interacted with one of our amazing team of administrators.

So this week, we’re shining the spotlight on our amazing team. Take it away, folks!

 

Suzanne Kern

Quality Control Specialist

  • What does Q4 mean to you? Balancing compassion and inspiration with a focus on getting things done
  • What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given? Take things one thing at a time; love yourself first
  • What is a slogan or phrase that describes you? “Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back”

  • What is something about you that your coworkers would be surprised to learn? That I’m a completely different person at home than I am at work.
  • If you won the lottery, what’s the first thing you’d buy? A small house (~1200 square feet) where the exterior walls are mostly glass on a several acre lot in the middle of the city to keep my amenities, with the best stereo system money can buy.
  • What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given? Be careful what you wish for.
  • When you’re not at PA, where can we usually find you? Just about anywhere.  I’m hardly ever at home.

  • If you won the lottery, what’s the first thing you’d buy? A new facility for my local food pantry
  • What quality do you admire most in others? Patience, generosity, and acceptance of others (sorry – I really can’t pick just one, I tried very hard.)
