Cheryl Throgmorton, Ed.D.
Dr. Cheryl Throgmorton is a consultant, coach, facilitator, leader and educator with over 20 years of organization development and human resource development experience. She actively builds relationships and facilitates dialogue to ensure client needs and measures of success are articulated and met.
Her practitioner-scholar approach applies a combination of behavioral science, change management, process improvement, and human resources principles. She is a leader of change and a lifelong learner with strong business acumen, adept at building talent and creating organizational value and results at the individual, team, and organization levels.
Cheryl specializes in work processes that welcome diversity, build inclusion, and grow coworker engagement. She has developed several comprehensive leadership development programs, and co-authored an article about the Physician Leadership Academy developed at one of three health systems with which she has worked. She is adept at facilitating action research by leading groups through a participatory problem-solving process and has led successful organization change that led to enhanced patient experience and overall improvement in coworker engagement.
