Jaclyn Lanier, Ph.D.
Jaclyn is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience assessing leaders and potential leaders. She conducts individual psychological assessments to support client companies in making strategic hiring, promotion, and succession planning decisions. She leverages well-validated science and research to provide the precise insights companies need to make critical selection decisions, develop their leaders, and build successful teams.
Jaclyn has worked with a variety of organizations from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, including many in the automotive, banking, construction, transportation, and healthcare industries. She is an active member of The Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology. She presents her research on leadership and personality at national conferences.
Jaclyn earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Florida Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Florida.
