It involves shaping the organizational DNA by ensuring that the workforce is equipped to meet current and future challenges and ultimately driving the long-term success of the organization.  \n\n\n\nThe focus of the session is to provide guidance to the HR audience on enhancing their organization’s talent readiness.  This will be done through three learning objectives:  \n\n\n\nAssess your organization’s talent readiness:  Complete in 5-10 minutes our proprietary organizational diagnostic assessment to gain insights on the strengths and opportunities at your organization in the following six activity areas that predict talent readiness:  employee development\, performance management\, career planning\, succession planning\, employee resources\, and policy & performance.  \n\n\n\nReflect on your biggest opportunities to enhance talent readiness.  By examining your results and going through a guided reflection exercise\, discern your areas of opportunities and areas of excellence.  Based on organizational context\, prioritize the greatest opportunity for change.  \n\n\n\nEngage in discovery to uncover activities that can enhance talent readiness.  Using each audience member’s results\, the audience will engage in a series of activities where best practices will be shared and network connections will be made for ongoing development.
