WORKING THROUGH CONFLICT™ is a learn-by-doing workshop that imparts conflict resolution skills by teaching participants how to identify, manage, and resolve the conflicts they will inevitably encounter.
Participants bring a real-life case to the workshop to practice planning and conducting a conversation they need to have back on the job, whether with their boss, a peer, or across a team. Video demonstrations reinforce the program’s concepts with the proven Q4 behavior model that attendees can apply the very next day.
Specifically, attendees learn how to:
- Identify conflict management styles
- Tackle workplace conflict before it escalates
- Implement a three-step strategy for resolving conflict
- Control their own emotions, as well as manage others’ emotions
- Plan conversations that promote collaboration.
Participants leave the workshop knowing how to improve conflict resolution, and with a personal improvement plan based upon practice and individual feedback.
