A Coworker Feedback program consists of confidential surveys and reports that give employees feedback from their coworkers and bosses on strengths and areas that should be targeted for improvement.

Confidential, anonymous questionnaires are given to the participant's coworkers and boss. The participant also completes the same survey form to provide a self-rating.

The report:

Questionnaires are returned to Psychological Associates, where the results are analyzed and compiled into a confidential, computer-generated report that only the participant receives. The report graphically and verbally:
Describes the areas in which feedback ratings were sought
Provides instructions for self-interpretation
Compares the participant's ratings to norms
Shows differences between coworker, boss, and self ratings
Interprets strengths and areas that can be targeted for improvement
Suggests the area of improvement that promises the greatest payoff for the participant
Outlines how to prepare for and hold a meeting with the boss or team leader to map individual action plans.
