Personal and confidential Coworker Feedback reports guide each participant in developing action plans that maximize individual contributions to the organization -- plans that focus on improving interpersonal and communication skills. How it works: A Coworker Feedback program consists of confidential surveys and reports that give employees feedback from their coworkers and bosses on strengths and areas that should be targeted for improvement. Confidential, anonymous questionnaires are given to the participant's coworkers and boss. The participant also completes the same survey form to provide a self-rating.
