Behavior Questionnaire for Bosses

Below is a list of items or adjectives describing different actions, behaviors, or styles. Use them to describe your perception of how your boss interacts in real life. To complete this checklist, read each item, one at a time. If you feel that the item describes the way your boss acts in interactions with you, then click the check box immediately to the left of that item. If you feel the item does not describe the way your boss acts in interactions with you, then leave that check box blank and go on to the next item. Generally, your first reaction is best; so read the items quickly, and click the appropriate check box. Check as many items as you feel are descriptive.
