PA Shares Coaching Tips at Enterprise University

Pam Hager, Ph.D., Senior Vice President of Organizational Consulting, recently led a workshop on leadership coaching at Enterprise University in St. Louis. “Workplace Coaching That Makes an Impact” is a half-day course providing learners with a model for effective coaching behavior and the key steps for any successful coaching conversation.

Dr. Hager facilitates numerous courses for Psychological Associates and its clients, including our flagship workshop, Leadership Through People Skills. Her varied expertise has helped her write and develop custom curriculum for clients in the finance, retail, and manufacturing industries, among others.

Enterprise University, sponsored by Enterprise Bank & Trust, is a series of practical courses for today’s business leader. Curriculum are offered every spring and fall on topics from leadership effectiveness to marketing to financial planning.
