Monday Through Friday Parking

Take Highway 170 (also called the Innerbelt) to the Ladue Road exit. Make a right turn onto Ladue and proceed east; at this point, Ladue Road is called Maryland Avenue.

You will drive through three or four traffic lights (depending on whether you exit from southbound or northbound 170). When you get to the intersection of Maryland and Forsyth, you will see a one-story building on your left with a Psychological Associates sign out front. This is not the building you want. Proceed through the light; our other location, Maryland Place, is on the next corner at 8112 Maryland Avenue.

There is a garage just west of the building at 8112 Maryland Avenue, and public parking is available there. We cannot, however, validate parking receipts, so please be sure you have money for parking. The maximum parking fee is $10 per day. Please refer to the parking instructions for how to get into the office building.

Directions for the Parking Garage
at Psychological Associates


  • After passing the intersection of Maryland and Forsyth, look for the parking garage on the right between two buildings with a red and white sign that says “parking.”
  • Go down the hill into the Merrill Lynch Center parking garage (there should be a brick wall on both sides of your vehicle).
  • Stay in the right lane in order to get a ticket. Once you have your ticket, make a left turn.
  • When you get to the point where you must turn, go right. Go past the up ramp. Do not follow the “visitor parking” signs.
  • Turn right past the Level 3 marker and immediately park in an unreserved space.
  • Walk back towards the Level 3 marker, but do not use the elevator at this spot. Turn left and walk straight about 200 feet, past the fans, into the small garage marked “Parking for 8112 Maryland Place.”
  • There is an elevator lobby in the middle of the small garage. You may have to walk through some parked cars to get to it. Take the elevator to the third floor.
  • Turn left out of the elevator. There will be a sign that says “Psychological Associates 300.”
