Each group then moves on to their
respective application workshops:
- Salespeople learn to construct SMART goals. They also plan and practice a
sales call with their real-life customer.
- Sales managers learn to facilitate the development of their sales people,
collaborate on goals, and monitor individual progress with the SPQ4 online tracking
system.
