With their managers' help, salespeople choose a real-life prospect or customer to use as the basis for developmental activities.

Saves Time with Blended Learning

Q4 Selling is an online program of core selling skills that both salespeople and their managers complete. This provides a common understanding that facilitates discussion, execution, and enhancement of the sales management process.

 

Each group then moves on to their respective application workshops:

  • Salespeople learn to construct SMART goals. They also plan and practice a sales call with their real-life customer.
  • Sales managers learn to facilitate the development of their sales people, collaborate on goals, and monitor individual progress with the SPQ4 online tracking system.
