- After discussion with their managers, salespeople enter goals and action steps
into the SPQ4 system.
- Managers review the uploaded information from their salespeople for approval
of the goals and action steps.
- Salespeople record progress on action steps and record closings and sales
figures.
- Over time, salespeople collaborate with managers to update and add new strategic
targets, and to develop goals.

can be quickly generated at any time to evaluate activities and track progress
on targeted accounts, sales strategies, and skill proficiency. Reports may only
be viewed by appropriate levels of management.
