SPQ4 employs an online tracking system to monitor progress in account development and selling-skill proficiency. This promotes a mutual understanding of expectations between sales managers and salespeople, who work closely together to achieve sales goals.

How It Works

Coming out of their workshops, salespeople will have practiced developing sales goals and action steps using the SPQ4 online Tracking System. Working with their managers, each salesperson develops additional goals and action plans that will move specific targeted accounts through your sales pipeline.
